What are prefab cabins?
Prefabricated is a term used to describe building completed offsite; that is, not on your property. This means it is more cost and time effective; allowing us to deliver your cabin at a great rate, in a shorter time frame than usual, and ready to be connected to services. It also means your property remains free of tradies, construction and mess during the build process.
How much do premium cabins cost?
Our cabins start at just $127,000. They are premium quality, with a great range of up market inclusions as standard such as Velux skylights, double glazed windows, Polytec joinery, designer fixtures and fittings, and much more.
How long do the cabins take to build?
The build time for our cabins are 12-14 weeks and there is currently minimal to no wait time to start construction.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver state-wide across Victoria and southern New South Wales.
Do you build on or off-site?
All of our cabins are built off-site in our Echuca/Moama facility and transported to your property when it is ready for installation.
Please note, due to the size of The Eyre, it may need to be built on-site.
Can I modify the designs?
We are passionate about delivering a high-quality product to you every time and therefore are focused on the floor plans that we have refined and perfected with our expert designers.
We can, however, arrange custom designs if our pre-designed floor plans don't quite suit your needs.
Do you do special one-off custom designs?
Yes, we can arrange our architect to design a project for your needs.
